Ukraine's junior football team has announced its preparatory squad for friendly matches against Morocco and the USA.

Before the start of the U20 World Cup in Chile, where the "blue and yellow" qualified by reaching the semifinals of the Euro 2024 U19, coach Dmytro Mykhailenko will lead the team in two friendly matches. The matches will take place on June 6 and June 10 against Morocco U20 and USA U19, respectively.

Coach Dmytro Mykhailenko has called up 24 players to the training camp. Compared to the squad for the friendly matches in March, there are nine changes in the lineup.

What to Know About the U20 World Cup 2025?

• 24 teams will participate in the main tournament, divided into six groups.
• The draw will take place on May 29. Ukraine will be in the second seeding pot.
• The winners and runners-up of each group will advance to the playoffs, along with four top teams from the third places.
• Chile will host the World Cup from September 27 to October 19, 2025.
• This will be Ukraine's fifth appearance at the U20 World Cup, with their best result being a victory in 2019.
