From August 10 to 17, an important Ukrainian shooting championship was held in Vinnytsia for young athletes born in 2002 or younger.

The Odesa team featured talented shooters from the Comprehensive Children and Youth Sports School No. 3 and the regional shooting sports school.

In the men's 50-meter prone small-bore rifle event, Ivan Tkalenko (regional shooting sports school) won the championship, while Ilya Ananyev (Children and Youth Sports School No. 3) secured a bronze medal.

In the MG-5 event (three-position shooting), Ivan Tkalenko earned a silver medal, and the team consisting of Ivan Tkalenko, Danilo Ananyev, and Yegor Mosuzenko claimed bronze.

Among women in the 50-meter prone small-bore rifle event, the Odesa team, including Ksenia Gerasimova (Children and Youth Sports School No. 3), Olga Rudyak, and Kateryna Nikonenko (regional shooting sports school), won bronze medals.

The athletes were coached by Olga Chikhalova (Children and Youth Sports School No. 3) and Svitlana Skachko (regional shooting sports school).
