The municipal institution «Specialized Installation and Maintenance Unit» has summarized the work accomplished during the current season along the coastline.

Thanks to the newly established two-way bike lane from the 11th to the 16th station of the Great Fountain, cyclists can now easily travel from the city center to the 16th station.

«This bike lane ensures safe movement throughout the city. We are noticing an increase in its popularity, and following the mayor's directive, we will continue to expand cycling routes in Odessa,» stated Deputy Mayor Pavel Vugelman.

The president of the «Arcadia» bike club also highlighted the positive changes.

«This bike lane has become the best in the city. Since its opening, the number of cyclists has significantly increased. People are actively responding to the new markings. It’s wonderful to see the growth of cycling sports in Odessa,» said Victoria Bondarenko.

The city plans to further develop its cycling infrastructure, including new routes to connect residential areas.
