On the night of April 21, 2025, Odessa experienced a large-scale attack by hostile drones targeting a densely populated area of the city.

The assault caused damage to residential buildings, public infrastructure, vehicles, and educational institutions. There are casualties.

Local officials, emergency services, and municipal staff arrived at the scene to assist.

Emergency headquarters have been established at the following addresses: Inglessi St., 16 and Heroes of Krut St., 23/25. An additional headquarters is set up in the building of the Khadjibey District Administration at Yevhen Tantsiura St., 22.

District administration staff are working with municipal services to accept requests for material assistance and provide guidance on the necessary paperwork for applications.

Under the coordination of Odessa’s city council advisor Veronika Etnarovich, assistance points have been set up at the site of the attack by charities and NGOs, including: “April Tenth” supported by UNHCR, the Red Cross Society, World Central Kitchen, and “Winds of Change.”
