In Odessa, due to a missile strike that occurred the day before, the apartment of Ukrainian synchronized swimming champion Vladyslava Kocherba was damaged.

The missile hit near a high-rise building, causing destruction and fire. Additionally, the athlete's parents, who were at home at the time, were injured.

The shockwave threw people against the wall. Thanks to the quick actions of concerned neighbors, the parents were rescued from the rubble.
