Night Assault on Odessa: Impact and Aid for Victims

image

Last night, the city was once again targeted by a massive attack.

In various areas of Odessa, residential high-rises, private homes, a supermarket, a school, and vehicles were damaged.

Fires broke out at impact sites, which firefighters, along with volunteers and the national guard, managed to extinguish.

Unfortunately, two people lost their lives. Preliminary reports indicate that 15 individuals were injured.

The mayor of Odessa, operational teams, and municipal services arrived at the scene.

In one of the high-rises, rescuers evacuated over 200 people in cooperation with response services.

Tents for additional assistance have been set up at the locations, and operational and municipal services are working to mitigate the aftermath of the attacks.

Victims have received the necessary medical care.

The school sustained minor damage — four windows were shattered.

This morning, local operational headquarters are active, where residents can receive consultations and submit documents for aid applications.
