Fourth Prisoner Exchange: A Ray of Hope for Families

On June 14, the fourth prisoner exchange in a week took place in Ukraine, with military personnel and Ministry of Internal Affairs fighters returning home.

President Zelensky stated: "We continue to work on bringing our citizens back from Russian captivity. This is the fourth exchange in the last week."

Among those released are many who have been in captivity since 2022. They include soldiers from the Armed Forces, National Guard, State Border Guard Service, and other units.

The Coordination Headquarters has released details of the exchange.

Among the freed are critically ill, severely wounded individuals, as well as young people under 25. Most of the released are officers.

Returning to their homeland are servicemen from the Armed Forces, including Airborne Assault Troops, Naval Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, as well as representatives of the State Border Guard Service and National Guard of Ukraine, who fought in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Kursk directions.
