Odessa has welcomed new emergency vehicles as part of the USAID initiative.

«An unexpected but very pleasant support from the USAID Energy Security Project. Although the official program has ended, Odessa has received three more emergency vehicles for municipal services. We thank our partners for keeping their commitments even after the project's completion», said Odessa's mayor, Gennady Trukhanov, expressing gratitude to the American people.

The special equipment is equipped with everything necessary for emergency teams to operate efficiently, from quick repair tools to equipment that aids municipal workers.

In 2023, the municipal company «City Heat Supply of Odessa» had already received three emergency vehicles from USAID as part of the Energy Security Project. The mayor spoke with the municipal workers who showcased both the new and previously provided vehicles. These special vehicles have already proven their effectiveness in the most challenging situations, ensuring prompt response and quality repair work.
