On the night of July 3, enemy drones launched an attack on Odesa. As a result, a residential building sustained significant damage, and a preliminary inspection indicated danger in one of the entrances.
An operational headquarters is functioning at the site to manage the aftermath of the attack.
After extinguishing the fire, the headquarters immediately began engaging with residents.
Alexander Filatov, the first deputy mayor of Odesa, held a meeting with the residents of the affected building.
During the dialogue, they discussed the most pressing issues. A clear action plan was established: building inspection, preparation of a technical report, assistance with temporary housing, and arranging for financial aid.
Experts from the Odesa Construction Academy were involved in the inspection, with rector Anatoly Kovrov present to coordinate the engineers' work.
Access to apartments was also arranged for residents to retrieve their essential belongings.
The city and humanitarian headquarters continue their operations, while municipal services are clearing the area of debris.
