The Department of Administrative Services of the Odesa City Council announces the installation of cutting-edge inclusive self-service information terminals across all branches of the city's administrative services.
The primary aim of this initiative is to ensure equal opportunities for all citizens and to create barrier-free access to administrative services. This new equipment is particularly crucial for individuals with disabilities who use wheelchairs, as well as for visitors with visual impairments.
With the help of these information terminals, users can:
- schedule appointments;
- leave feedback about the services received;
- utilize the “Diia” portal and the Unified State Web Portal of electronic services.
- The terminal interface is straightforward and user-friendly, tailored for wheelchair users and individuals with visual impairments.
This represents another step towards digitization and improving access to administrative services for all segments of the population.
