Odesa has received a remarkable gift from the Embassy of Ukraine in the Netherlands – 98,000 tulip bulbs of various colors. This week, specialists from the municipal enterprise «Miskzelentrest» will begin planting these flowers, aiming to fill the streets with vibrant tulips that symbolize hope and beauty come spring.
