Initially, heat is supplied to social institutions such as schools, kindergartens, and hospitals, as well as residential buildings connected to small boilers.

Currently, the municipal company 'TMO' is working on connecting other residential buildings. The technological process of heat carrier delivery takes some time.

Management companies, homeowners’ associations, and housing cooperatives need to monitor the situation in buildings, open valves, and ensure that heat carriers reach the internal systems. This will allow the heat to reach every apartment more quickly.

If there is still no heat by the end of the week, residents should inform their management companies for prompt clarification of the reasons.

The heating service rates for the population remain unchanged.
