Tetyana Kiryienko's Visit to Odesa: Support for IDPs and Social Initiatives

On November 27, 2025, Tetyana Kiryienko, the Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, visited Odesa to assess the work of local social services.

The primary goal of her visit was to familiarize herself with initiatives aimed at supporting internally displaced persons and individuals affected by armed conflict.

During her stay, Tetyana Kiryienko visited the following institutions:

  • The Social and Psychological Assistance Center for Internally Displaced Persons;
  • The Front Office of the Integrated Social Services Center;
  • The Assistance Center for the Affected;
  • The “Veteran’s One-Stop Shop”;
  • The Service Center of the Pension Fund in Odesa region.

Throughout her visit, special attention was given to coordinating efforts between the ministry and local authorities to maximize the effectiveness of social programs.

Tetyana Kiryienko emphasized the importance of inclusivity and accessibility of social services, particularly in the context of war and recovery.

Dmytro Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Administration, also participated in the meeting.

Odesa continues to be a city where people receive not only assistance but also warmth, support, and hope for a brighter future.
