The municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Khmelnytskyi» has carried out significant repair works on engineering systems and structural elements within its managed buildings in 2024. 

A total of 1370 requests from residents have been processed.

In response to residents' requests, the specialists of KP «ZKS «Khmelnytskyi» performed various repair works: roof repairs – 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of downpipes and gutters – 753 m; repairs of cold water supply systems – 1314.6 m; repairs of central heating systems – 945.9 m; repairs of sewage systems – 710.4 m; repairs of electrical supply systems / replacement of electrical appliances – 1297 m / 335 units.

Employees of the enterprise also participated in eliminating the consequences of enemy shelling. A total of 125 m of windows were covered with film.

Additionally, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the assigned adjacent territories daily. Cleaning activities (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing trash containers, etc.) are conducted twice a day.

The municipal workers are also responsible for mowing grass, pruning trees, collecting fallen leaves, and caring for flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings under their management. They participate in citywide clean-up events as needed and eliminate illegal dumps and the aftermath of attacks.
