On the night of November 7, 2024, as a result of a hostile attack in the Khadjibey district of Odesa, three residential buildings, 14 vehicles, and a gas pipeline were damaged.
As of 14:00, damage was recorded in 110 apartments. Utility workers are addressing the aftermath of the night attack by temporarily sealing windows with plastic. The materials were supplied by the NGO "Tenth of April" with support from UNHCR and the "Winds of Change" charity fund.
Hot meals and beverages have been organized by the charity fund "Morning of Revival" for residents of the damaged buildings and utility workers on site.
Medical staff and psychologists from the Primary Health Care Center No. 16 are providing psychological support to those affected by the attack.
Additionally, a city operational headquarters is working on-site. Citizens can contact the headquarters for assistance in restoring windows and doors, as well as to receive consultations regarding the state program eRecovery.
Applications for assistance under the eRecovery program and material support from the city budget for restoring windows and doors can also be submitted to the Khadjibey District Administration.
