Over the past week, students from various Odessa high schools had the chance to explore a specially designed vehicle that serves as a mobile safety classroom.

In this classroom, firefighters and police shared critical safety knowledge and skills with students regarding various life situations. The lessons included topics such as mine and fire safety, traffic regulations, and home safety practices.

These classes play a vital role in instilling a sense of responsibility in children for their own safety and that of others. They teach kids to be mindful of their surroundings, to assist one another in times of danger, and how to seek help when needed.

The mobile safety class is a collaborative project between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, with support from UNICEF. These specially equipped vehicles are designed to educate both children and adults on safety issues.
