Current Health Situation in Odesa: Recent Statistics

According to the Odesa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the incidence of ARVI and flu in Odesa remains within seasonal norms, significantly below the epidemic threshold by 16.6%.

In the past week, there were 3023 reported cases of ARVI and flu, with 71.4% of those cases being children under the age of 17.

Over the last week, Odesa registered 20 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19, among which 15 were children. Vaccination points for COVID-19 continue to operate in Primary Health Care Centers.

Additionally, there were 49 cases of acute intestinal infections reported last week, with 53.1% of those cases being children.

Viral hepatitis and respiratory infections were reported sporadically. There were no cases of diphtheria, measles, rubella, or tetanus recorded during the week.

The epidemiological situation in Odesa remains stable and under control.
