Details: According to Zelensky, military consultations on Black Sea security are being held in Turkey, primarily concerning the "coalition of willing".
"For the past two days, these matters have been discussed on the platform provided by our Turkish partners. They have invited participants. Representatives from Europe will be present, as was the case at the Paris summit – Britain, France, with Ukraine and Turkey as the hosting nation", he added.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense previously announced that a meeting would take place on April 15-16 to discuss Black Sea security following a potential ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.
Despite earlier reports from Turkish media about the presence of Russian representatives, Ankara has denied this information.
It should be noted that following the talks in Saudi Arabia from March 23-25, the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine agreed to discuss the safety of navigation in the Black Sea.
However, after this, Russia presented a list of demands, including the easing of sanctions against the agricultural sector. The U.S. stated they would review these demands, while Europe rejected any easing of sanctions.
