The "Reserve+" application has launched a new feature — the ability to pay fines online.
According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military obligated individuals can now pay fines for late data submission until July 16, 2024, online with a 50% discount.
Paying the fine will allow for the swift closure of the administrative violation case and the removal of the red ribbon from the document in the app.
"In the initial version of this service, only the payment for late data clarification will be available. Fines for other violations of military registration will be addressed later. The fine must be paid within 20 days of receiving the decision. If not paid on time, the full amount of 17,000 UAH must be paid. If the fine remains unpaid for 40 days after receiving the decision, it will double and the case will be transferred to the enforcement service," the ministry stated.
To pay the fine online, you need to:
- update "Reserve+" to the latest version and log into the app;
- navigate to the "Online Fines" section, submit a statement acknowledging the violation, and receive a decision from the TCC within three days;
- after that, the app will allow you to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the full amount; as a result, the violation and the red ribbon will be removed.
"Online fines — this is a service that resolves issues which previously required a personal visit to the TCC or police intervention. In "Reserve+", we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative — just as it already works in Ukraine with other administrative fines. This is another example of how digital services work in the interests of Ukrainians," explained Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization.
The ministry noted that the rollout of fines will occur gradually to evenly distribute the workload, and the full service will be rolled out over several days.
Recall that in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military obligated individuals. Currently, you can download extended data from the "Oberih" registry and understand what information about you is there, such as your workplace or any violations. The app also introduced categories for data correction requests, allowing you to update your workplace for faster booking.
