Today in Odesa, on Vadym Korzhenko Street, a fire occurred in an apartment on the first floor of a four-story residential building.

Rescue units operated under an increased alarm level. Firefighters promptly extinguished the blaze, preventing it from spreading to other apartments. During the fire suppression, firefighters rescued 9 people using ladders and stairs from the upper floors. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire and damage are currently being investigated. A total of 10 units of equipment and 38 firefighters from the Emergency Service were involved, along with 1 unit of equipment and 2 personnel from the Municipal «Rescue and Diving Service».
