The company "Ukrzaliznytsia" has taken action against 271 clients who were actively purchasing tickets or abusing the app's features.

The users of these accounts attempted to utilize the UZ application, designed for personal ticket purchases, for inappropriate purposes:

• they created numerous associated accounts and bought a small number of tickets to bypass blocking;
• they tried to hold tickets without proceeding to payment (clearly waiting for "orders");
• they purchased multiple tickets under different names and engaged in other actions flagged by the anti-fraud system.

"In line with measures taken by financial institutions, "Ukrzaliznytsia" has strengthened customer identification processes and activated a monitoring system for suspicious user activities while using our online services," the statement reads.
