Ukrposhta is launching a new service called «Express Window» in its branches to accelerate the service for clients receiving parcels and letters.
This was announced by the company's CEO, Ihor Smiliansky, via Telegram.
The pilot project «Express Window» began operations on September 8 in over 1,500 urban branches of Ukrposhta.
«To tackle queues, we have established this Express Window. It will be marked in black and yellow. Here, clients can quickly receive or send parcels, collect letters, and make cash-on-delivery payments,» the message states.
According to Smiliansky, after the new parcel management system is implemented, the processing time will take only 30–45 seconds. Additionally, the company will provide packages for sending parcels free of charge at all branches.
All other services, such as pensions, payments, and letter dispatches, will be available at the universal window.
