“Ukrposhta” has secured the top position in Europe for the quality of international delivery services. This information was revealed at a meeting of the European public postal operators association, PostEurop, held in Luxembourg.
The national postal operator has reached unprecedented heights among all European countries. Back in 2019, when “Ukrposhta” was just starting to develop its international EMS delivery services, it ranked 146th worldwide. Now, it stands as the continent's leader.
«The postal network serves as a vital link connecting people. Despite the war, the Ukrainian national operator is not only maintaining but actively enhancing its infrastructure. This sets a global precedent, as a country at war achieves such high standards. This year, “Ukrposhta” has already received the Rising Star international award and has entered the top three postal operators worldwide in terms of growth rates. We are grateful to the thousands of postal workers who continue to perform their duties under the most challenging conditions, including shelling and power outages, while achieving significant results for the state company and the country,» remarked Andriy Bratush, Deputy Minister for Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.

Key quality indicators according to PostEurop in various categories:

  • EMS (International Express Mail Service) — 1st place among 23 countries with a score of 99.89%.
  • Prime Express and Prime Tracked, which reflect tracking quality and priority processing, — a perfect score of 100% and first place among 20 and 8 countries respectively. This indicates that Ukrposhta flawlessly meets the requirements of the Universal Postal Union regarding data transfer and timelines.
  • UPU Tracked (tracked international shipments according to UPU standards) — 5th place with a score of 97%.

The PostEurop study covered the period from February to August 2025 and included postal operators from 23 European countries.
