A constructive dialogue was held, during which diplomats were informed about the security and humanitarian situation in the region. We discussed port operations, the grain corridor, shelling, energy issues, and cultural life.
In response to questions from foreign colleagues, I emphasized that Odesa is a multinational region, home to over 130 nationalities. However, today we are united in our common struggle for the independence and territorial integrity of our state. Regardless of nationality or religion, we are all Ukrainians, who daily, under the threat of shelling, work for the victory and future of our children.
Ms. Delphine Pronk highlighted that the entire world is impressed by the resilience of our people, so support from EU partners will continue, ensuring Ukraine withstands and becomes a full member of the EU and NATO.
The importance of continued support from international partners and the need for additional air defense resources for the security of the Black Sea region were emphasized.
