On April 2, 2025, the Odesa Lyceum No. 84 hosted a cheerleading competition featuring 14 teams from secondary education institutions in the city, part of the project «Side by Side Nationwide School Leagues».

Participating teams included Odesa Lyceums No. 60, 63, 73, 89, 100, 122, 111, as well as «Leader», «Harmony», and Gymnasiums No. 19, 26, and 125.

The young cheerleaders showcased their grace, gymnastic skills, and dancing talents during their performances.

According to the judges' results, the first place in category “A” was won by the team from Odesa Gymnasium No. 26, while Odesa Lyceums No. 63 and 60 took the second and third places, respectively.

In category “B”, the girls from Odesa Lyceum No. 73 achieved a brilliant victory, with teams from Odesa Lyceums No. 111 and 89 finishing in second and third places, respectively.

The winning teams will represent Odesa in the IV (regional) stage of the competition.
