On March 30, 2025, the Specialized Children's and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve for Climbing in Odessa celebrated its 20th anniversary.

This is the first and only specialized climbing school in Ukraine, which has achieved a high category and specialized status over its 20 years of existence, thanks to the hard work of its coaches and athletes.

The school has trained nearly 1,000 athletes, including multiple champions and medalists of world and European championships. Over the years, it has produced three international-class sports masters (Anastasia Savisko, Konstantin Pavlenko, and Grigory Ilchishin) and 21 national sports masters in climbing.

Among the attendees were the Secretary of the Odessa City Council, Igor Koval, Honorary Citizen of Odessa Valentin Simonenko, a representative from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, national team coach Maxim Chankivskyi, and other notable figures from the sports community. School director Lyubov Zymova received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Before the festivities, participants and guests could explore displays highlighting the school's achievements over the past 20 years.
