Empowering Women: The Success of the 'She Can' Project

The final event of the 'She Can' project took place in Dobroslav, aimed at enhancing women’s leadership and encouraging their active participation in community life.

This initiative was implemented by the NGO «Agency for Educational Policy Development» in collaboration with D4U – Dialogue for Understanding, supported by the German Foreign Office.

During the conclusion meeting, participants presented four projects developed as a result of their training. These initiatives impressed everyone with their relevance, creativity, and determination to enact positive changes within their communities.

Invited by the community head, Lyudmyla Prokopechko, the director of the Regional Office for International Cooperation in Odesa region, Oleksandr Sheka, also participated in the event. As an expert, he provided valuable recommendations to the participants and praised the high level of preparation of the presented ideas.

These initiatives highlight the effectiveness of international partnerships and emphasize the importance of supporting women's leadership for sustainable community development in Odesa region.
