Revival of the 'eBaby' Service on the Diia Portal

The Diia portal has reactivated the "eBaby" service, which allows parents to conveniently apply for up to 9 government services with a single application.

As a result, the Odessa City Council's Administrative Service Center is also resuming document acceptance for the "eBaby" electronic public service.

Parents may submit an application for the "eBaby" service if:

- the child does not yet have a birth certificate;

- the child was born in a medical facility in Ukraine;

- both parents are citizens of Ukraine.

Required documents for application:

- marriage certificate (if available),

- passports of both parents as Ukrainian citizens,

- TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) of both parents,

- UDRN (Unique Demographic Record Number) of at least one parent,

- electronic medical birth certificate or medical birth statement (form No. 103/o),

- certificate of refusal from the natural assistance “Baby Package” from the maternity hospital,

- bank social account number of the recipient of child benefits (the parent on parental leave),

- "PrivatBank" card,

- special account for "Baby Package" (in case of refusal from natural assistance).
