In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Chornomorsk» carried out significant renovation works in the buildings under its management. 

A total of 778 requests from residents were processed.

Specialists from KP «HCS «Chornomorsk» completed various repair tasks to ensure the buildings' livability: roof repairs – 510 sq.m; repair and replacement of drainage and sewage pipes – 365 m; electrical installation works (replacement of electrical cables) – 610 m; replacement of sewer outlets – 108 m; repair of stairwells in 8 buildings – 1230 sq.m; repair of pavements in 9 buildings – 94 sq.m; installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings. 

Additionally, during the preparation for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were carried out in 167 residential buildings – 340 m, and 83 valves were replaced.

Furthermore, the company's janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleaning is performed twice daily (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting random litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

The utility workers also mow grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and care for flower beds and lawns near the buildings they serve. They participate in citywide cleanup events as needed, eliminate illegal dumping sites, and address the aftermath of enemy attacks.
