In October 2025, Odesa will host a cycling championship in the form of a criterium race.

As a result, there will be temporary restrictions on access to Central Airport Street (between Ovidiopolskaya Road and Malyshevsky Street) on October 11 from 08:30 to 12:00 and on October 12 from 10:00 to 12:30. Changes will also be made to the city transport routes.

The aim of the competition is to create a positive image of Odesa as a significant sports center in Ukraine, promote a healthy lifestyle, and develop cycling as a sport.

The event is organized by the Public Organization «Southern Cycling League of Odesa» with the support of the Odesa City Council.
