Recently, a team of paramedics in Odesa performed a true miracle by saving the life of a 54-year-old man who was considered clinically dead.

This was reported by the Emergency Medical Center.

The medics arrived at the scene in less than 10 minutes. It turned out that the patient suffered massive bleeding from the mouth due to intravenous medication, leading to clinical death.

Before the team arrived, a relative, an anesthetist nurse, provided first aid by ensuring venous access and airway patency.

Upon arrival, the crew, which included Doctor Vyacheslav Yuriyovych Dobrovichny, paramedic Konstantyn Valeriyovych Baida, and medical technician Oleksandr Dmytrovych Podolyak, immediately began resuscitation measures. They performed chest compressions, intubated the trachea, and provided artificial ventilation of the lungs, administering adrenaline and crystaloid infusions.

On the 24th minute of resuscitation, the patient regained spontaneous circulation and was transported to the 11th city hospital.

Doctors noted that the team not only arrived on time but also went above and beyond to give the person a chance at life.
