MISTO aims to make daily life for citizens more comfortable and secure. This modern digital tool will enable faster access to essential services and information.
The "Digital Services Platform MISTO" is a cutting-edge cloud technology designed to integrate and digitize urban services into a unified management system. This will provide centralized access to services and data through a single portal and mobile applications. Furthermore, users will be able to quickly access information and interact with relevant city services.
Available features of the mobile application:
- Online appointment scheduling for the Administrative Services Center (ASC)
- Parking payment service: convenient and transparent
- Accessibility: social taxi service for people with reduced mobility and disabilities
- Electronic democracy: participation in surveys
- Safety: alerts for emergencies and maps of shelters
- Environmental monitoring: air quality data
- Interactive maps: public toilets, drinking fountains, and other essential locations
Every quarter, the platform will be updated with new features. Soon, users will be able to vote on petitions. Additionally, residents will be able to send requests to the Unified Citizens' Appeals Center and track public transportation movements.
Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov emphasized that this platform changes the approach to city management and interaction with residents. It is a tool for overcoming challenges, enhancing Odesa's safety and integration.
"We must be part of the modern world. Download the app and stay tuned for updates – it's easy! New services such as paying utility bills or tickets to the zoo will be available soon!" – stated the Mayor of Odesa.
