Saluting Ukraine's Communication Forces

Honor to the Ukrainian communicators! Every year on August 8, Ukraine celebrates Military Communication Day.

In modern technological warfare and intelligence, the work of communicators is essential.

Today, I express my respect and gratitude to all those involved in this critical task within the GUR and the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine — to everyone who builds, maintains, and protects complex networks that ensure military command and thus enable us to effectively combat Russian occupiers, inflicting substantial losses upon them.

Communication in warfare is like a circulatory system: it ensures the flow of vital data, literally saving our soldiers' lives.

That is why one of the first tasks of a unit entering a new sector is to establish reliable communication. No communication — no operations.

Ukrainian communicators keep their word and signal during defense and offense, when evacuating the wounded from the battlefield, and while moving by sea, air, or various routes to the required points on the map to eliminate the enemy or their military targets.

Honor and glory to the Ukrainian communicators! We remember all who lost their lives defending Ukraine in the war against Russia.

We continue the fight!
Glory to Ukraine!
