Last night, a fire broke out in the reed beds along Hadjibeyska Road in Odesa. Due to strong winds, the flames spread rapidly. A drone was used for aerial reconnaissance to assess the situation and coordinate firefighting efforts.

Firefighters swiftly extinguished the blaze, which covered an area of 0.7 hectares, preventing further spread.

Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. The State Emergency Service deployed 5 units of equipment and 19 firefighters, alongside 1 unit and 4 personnel from the municipal service.
