Parts of the Primorsky and Peresyp districts in Odesa experienced a power outage due to an incident at an energy facility. According to DTEK Odesa Electric Networks, the situation occurred at 7:20 AM on December 1. Energy crews are currently on-site addressing the issue to restore power as quickly as possible.
