On July 6, in celebration of Navy Day, a ceremonial unveiling of a postage stamp dedicated to the corvette 'Hetman Ivan Mazepa' took place.

This was announced by Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, the commander of the Naval Forces of Ukraine.

This ship is the first in a series of advanced Ukrainian corvettes, expected to become the leading combat unit and flagship of the national navy, as stated in official communications.

The stamp features a modern combat vessel and the emblem of the Hetman of the Zaporizhian Army, symbolizing respect for the proud history of the Ukrainian Navy.
