The European Muay Thai Championship took place from November 18 to 25, 2025, in Athens, Greece.

A total of 536 competitors from 46 nations participated in the event.

The Ukrainian national team was represented by students from sports schools No. 7 and No. 16 in Odesa.

In the «wai kru» category, champions were Ivan Rasputny, Anastasia Yevtushenko, and Irina Ladinenko (all from SDYUSSH № 7), while Valery Denisov (SDYUSSH № 16) claimed a silver medal.

Among athletes aged 12-13, the students from SDYUSSH № 7 excelled, with Diana Savotina winning the championship after defeating Polish athlete Sandra Kazimirska in the finals, and Ivan Rasputny taking home a bronze medal.

In the 14-15 age group, SDYUSSH № 7 athletes also earned two silver medals, with Kyrylo Berezovsky and Yelizaveta Velikova becoming prize winners.

In the U-23 category, Elina Perstnyova (SDYUSSH № 16) won the European Championship title.

Moreover, the students from SDYUSSH № 7 showcased outstanding performances in the adult category, with Mykhailo Serdiuk and Bohdan Studnev becoming champions, while Nikita Kuts and Dmytro Zanin secured bronze medals.

The athletes were trained by qualified coaches: Hanna Yevtushenko, Volodymyr Pishenin, Liliya Shapoval, Hanna Avakova, Mykhailo Mitaki, Andriy Vakaraš (SDYUSSH № 7), and Maksym Neledva (SDYUSSH № 16).
