A new initiative called "Coffee with Education" has launched in Odesa. 

This program, proposed a year ago by the city's Department of Education, has gained tremendous support from the residents and has become a cherished tradition in our city. 

At school fairs, delicious treats made with care by students, parents, and teachers are available for donations. 

Every cup of coffee purchased is not just a delightful beverage but also a contribution to our shared cause. 

"The coffee initiative has once again united us for a common goal – to support those who defend our country. All funds raised will be directed to the needs of the Armed Forces, ensuring our soldiers feel our gratitude and support," said Odesa's Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov. 

The Director of the Department of Education and Science, Olena Buinevych, expressed her gratitude to everyone involved, noting that the "Coffee with Education" event has raised almost 1.7 million hryvnias in just a few days. 

Additionally, treats and gifts from the children were given to veterans undergoing rehabilitation.

In Odesa, rehabilitation units operate in nearly all city hospitals, but inpatient care is just one part of the lengthy process of integrating veterans into civilian life. The next steps include adaptive sports, professional retraining, or starting one's own business, allowing individuals with disabilities to meet their own needs and those of their families.
