The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching a beta test of new mobilization deferral options in the Reserve+ app. According to the Ministry, new types of deferrals will soon be available in the application.
Eligible individuals for online deferral include single parents raising children under 18 and those caring for parents with disabilities.
The Ministry invites citizens belonging to these categories to participate in testing and be among the first to utilize this service.
To join, you need to fill out a short form at the provided link. The Ministry also reminds how the online deferral process works.
To obtain a deferral in Reserve+, a request must be submitted. The system will verify the grounds in state registries. If confirmed, the deferral will be granted, and information will appear in the electronic military document.
The process is fully automated, usually taking a few hours, and does not require collecting documents, visiting territorial recruitment centers, or long waiting times for case consideration.
Reserve+ allows for quick, transparent decisions without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Currently, deferrals in Reserve+ can be obtained by: persons with disabilities; parents of three or more children born in one marriage; parents of children with disabilities; spouses of defenders with children; husbands or wives of persons with disabilities; individuals with temporary unfitness; students and postgraduates; employees of higher education institutions.
